Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Intermediary Notice
"We" act as an e-commerce intermediary facilitating rental transactions between users and partner merchants. The final responsibility for inventory, provision, condition, and refunds/exchanges of rental products lies with the partner. However, we may assist with payment processing, settlement, and customer support.
2. Unavailability (Out of Stock, etc.)
If a product becomes unavailable due to partner circumstances, we will notify you immediately and provide an equivalent replacement or full refund. Pre-paid amounts will be refunded within 3 business days from the refund confirmation date (payment processor processing time may vary).
3. User Cancellation (Before Rental Start)
"Rental start" refers to the earlier of the scheduled pickup time or delivery start time.
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Refund after 30% deduction from the scheduled rental fee
However, actual costs such as delivery/courier fees that have already been incurred may be deducted if notified in advance.
4. After Rental Start (After Pickup/Delivery)
Early termination/refund after rental commencement may be limited based on product characteristics and partner policies. When possible, a refund will be provided after 10% deduction from the unused remaining period fee (excluding actual costs).
5. No-Show (Non-Pickup)
If you fail to pick up and cannot be contacted within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time, it will be treated as a no-show. A refund may be provided after deduction of 1 day's fee or 30% of the total rental fee (as notified in advance on the product details/payment page).
6. Defects/Wrong Delivery/Discrepancy from Description (Partner's Fault)
In cases of defects preventing normal use, missing components, wrong delivery, or significant discrepancy from the description, we will provide a replacement or full refund as a principle, without passing additional costs to the user.
7. Shipping/Exchange Cost Responsibility
Costs required for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the party at fault (User's change of mind: User / Partner's fault: Partner).
8. Application of Partner's Individual Refund Policy

Each product's refund criteria may be set by the partner, but terms that are unfairly disadvantageous to users or unreasonably exempt the business's liability may not apply, and related disputes may be mediated with reference to consumer dispute resolution standards.

Partner's individual refund policies must be clearly notified in advance on the product details and payment pages so that users can clearly recognize them.
